I guess you could try again tomorrow. When i tried for my first cli, i decided what the hey and try a little early as close to the AR as i thought. Apped online for cli filled info in submit silence like 2 days . Said maybe my account wasnt working, filled in info , submit, silence. I actually requested 3 times in a week and never got a single message from them( one reason im not keen on their online communications).
Like a week later i get 3 letters in the mail, account too new. Now, mind you , i do have my reports frozen so im not sure if i would have gotten a hp or 3 lol but thankfully when i tried like 2 weeks later, i got an instant sp cli ( or at least i hope so lol, have troubles seeing my Eq). I was willing to risk a hp for a bigger cli, which i think people should do more with Navy in only because at least with Navy their cli can be huge, hence well worth the risk. Best of luck to you
