@Aim_High Great info and feedback! Thank you for sharing! I know for me I got $9300 on my first Navy Federal card, the More Rewards. I got it 1 month after opening my Navy Federal Account. I got lower on my 2nd card, $5200.
After 91/3 I got an $8000 limit increase a couple of months into the pandemic. I then applied for the Flagship and was denied (should've applied before asking for CLI. Denied for reaching the maximum limit). In August 2020 I tried again for the Flagship and was approved for $5200. My More Rewards was at $17,300 at the time. My new accounts count was 6/6, 8/12, 8/24 at the time of application. I eventually got up to 11/24 but Navy kept giving the max amount on requests for limit increases.
I've been able to grow the cards through asking for limit increases every 6 months. More Rewards is at $33,300 and the Flagship is at $21,200.

Just to confirm...
Is the max limit combined across all NFCU credit cards still $80k?

Yes. 50k max per card with the exception of the Flagship which is 80k.

Yes! From all I've read $80K is still the max limit combined across all NFCU credit cards.

Thanks, @800wannabe420 and @Jordan23ww !
With those confirmations, I decided to ask for a $7k CLI instead of the full $8k max that Navy seems to be at right now. Received the approval email today (requested CLI yesterday) taking my Plat from $33k to $40k. My Flagship is at $38k, so that leaves $2k there in case I decide to do something later on (like nab a sweet SUB for another card or something).

I got my CLI increased to $9,500! My starting limit was $3,500 and I asked for 20K figuring they would counter offer.

@SUPERSQUID sorry tried to tag you in my last post. I was approved for a new credit limit of $9500!

Well, you definitely went for the moon there. lol
But yes, the max Navy would grant in the best case scenario is an $8k CLI. So you made out well regardless getting $6k out of a possible $8k.
Hey guys
Does anyone know if the $80K Credit Limit on Credit Cards include the CL on the CLOC as well? Or is the CLOC entirely separate from the $80k? Thank you in advance
