Can you clarify exactly what the "Monthly Account Review" entails? Is it just a review of your credit card spending or of the activity in all your accounts of all types? Thanks.
Navy: Equifax, give me @CaptainConcorde's equifax credit report please.
Eqifax: oh, because you have him as a client, I can give this to you, here you go! hands over @CaptainConcorde's credit report
Navy: Thank you!
they're just grabbing your credit report, I'm sure they use 'that credit report' (and FICO score potentially) alongside other navy info they have about you in the CLI request
I am not sure if I am eligible or not eligible for membership. My dad was drafted but the war WW II ended before serving. So I am not eligible that way. My brother served at least one tour of duty in Vietnam with an honorable discharge. He never joined NFCU. Would this make eligible to join?

Yep, you should be good to go. I'm a member through my USAF brother. Back when I joined I had to get my brother to join first (thankfully he was willing, although he knew nothing about them) but that's no longer required. He now has more business with NFCU than I do and is quick to sing their praises, LOL.

If you still have doubts just give them a call. They're actually quite pleasant to speak with, and they'll do their best to find a path to membership for you (although in your case it should be easy-peasy due to your brother).
Even in Las Vegas the branches of NFCU dont even ask your affiiation with armed services and its members (past or current)....They would just open the account for you....Now, the risk could be there if ever account is reviewed by their membership team....
@UncleB @Thank you for your response. i will look at NFCU more closely now that I am eligible.
@CaneVariant I am in the city of Los Angeles near the city of Burbank.
