many of us did see pulls at end of Feb. so end of march may not be the case anymore. it would be end of april.

Guess I'll wait also. At least at the April pull, my sixth statement will have closed. My request earlier this month resulted in a 3-5 message to which I cancelled before a HP.

Hey CA, my apologies if you've answered this in this thread or another and I missed it, but is Navy inquiry or new account sensitive?  I have opened several new cards (7)  since I got my Flagship in Jan 2014.

 second time CLI has been denied on my cash rewards credit card. And just a month ago i did qualify for the visa flagship with $5000.00 in credit. 

What can or how can a recon their desicion. Please advice me on how to do it.

What is your limit on cashrewards?
Might be because you just got flagship and your between the AR... Your timing is off
