Yes, it is.  for anything above 25K you would input the amount you actually want and know it's a guaranteed HP (they only SP CLI up to 25K)

Where's Aduke!!!! ?! I finally got an increase on my cash rewards!!! From $500 to $6200!! ... I hit maxed button last night and it went on review and I called to cancel, lady said it was denied ... I didn't bother checking it last night but I checked this morning and available credit was $5800! I pay in full before the due date so it's showing as almost maxed out when I requested . Had the card since July with over 25 inquiries and about 10+ of those from navy..... bk about one yr and two months.... No credit pull alert yet

I would suggest if you are going to go for anything over $25k that you request the max of the card you have $50k unless flagship and submit 2 paystubs via secure message at same time... I think you will be happiest with outcome that way.

Holy crap NO WAY Kobe!!! Congrats friend !! I am too scared to try it this time around , but just seeing your post gives me alot of hope being that we got our cards at their same time with the same limits !!

Thanks everyone and Aduke! I'm not gonna advise you to pull d trigger, but you just never know... 3 AR's since I got the card.. maybe you'll get as lucky !

Very low... its about 630-635.. my utilization is up the roof cause I was out of the country for a month... about 50% maybe higher but will pay them down in two months ... lots of inquiries... and of course bk on file ..
