So technically I can try now, and if for whatever reason it's denied, I can try for recon. If denied, I may be able to TRY AGAIN when the AR comes in May? LOL. I only ask becuase my report is quickly paid down and *slowly* getting better and better. I hate waiting for updates... I've paid down nearlly all accounts 100%, but two of them are still being reported as 80~90%+ util. It's killing me to wait, and with this spree, forget it, I don't care about one additional HP.
I'm almost certain that if I'm denied now, when all of those payments are reflected on my CR, I'll be less than 10% and should without question be approved. My wife got 24K, I have a higher income than her and my scores should be in check as well. We're pretty much the same across the board profile wise, I just have creditors that like to take their time to update.
Whatcha think?
I think you will be SO much better off if you can just manage to rein in your enthusiasm for another ~15 days...May 1 is not that far away...YOU CAN DO IT!
This is the last pull before the Garden! Also, it sounds like if I'm denied I can apply again when the next AR hits. So it kinda seems like I might have TWO chances instead of one... This of course because I'm willing to take a HP.
But yeah, my enthusiasm is taking control.. It's a monster and it's very real LOL
I just reached 90+ days and had 4 statements cut for my GoRewards. I put in a CLI request for max amount and also received the 24 hour message. I did not want to take a chance of it being denied and possible hp so I quickly called and canceled.
I tried for a cli again figuring maybe I was getting the 24 hour message due to the holiday weekend and was approved for $22,000!!! Instant approval.
scores are about the same. I got this card in January and put an average of $3000 a month making payments every two weeks.
Congrats sdsocceedad on the increase! My platinum visa went from $2k to $22k this past AR. NFCU is awesome!
@sdsoccerdad, that's great news!
Congrats on the new CLI!!
