So does anyone know if the AR has been done for May?? I've been banking with them for 13 years  and this will be my 3rd increase.

IF you havent tried for an increase in the last 6 months you don't have to wait for that stupid thing. I never went by that only people in here do but thats because they smashing that button every AR so to them the risk is way higher than those who do it every 6 months.

Here is a tip for those desperate for the AR, when you attempt for the CLI you should already be dialing up NFCU to cancel because thats how fast they can push the thing through. You really dont have 3-5 minutes to wait when you attempt, but it's not even guaranteed they will cancel the attempt either. Good luck and please don't get mad if one end up with 5+ hp in the same year with NFCU trying to play this game in here.

I only say this IF you havent attempted in over 6 months, with my wife's account I don't try every AR and I don't follow the patterns people do in here, but when Iv'e attempted she has gotten her increases with no problems on SP's with the old AR on file or when the new one comes out (if its new I was 2 weeks after the AR to attempt). Key is don't be desperate for every AR to get the increase but one will only learn after they rack up enough HP to my there EQ pretty much useless or TU.

Like I said I learned not to follow the exact same patterns people do in here, most have gotten into some issues months down the road and they don't even try to mention it until you dig up there info.

The last I had an increase was in 2012.... so I wanted to get a bigger line of credit to try and increase my score an additional 10-15 points over time to finally hit 700. I didn't have a problem then when I got it it was automatic over the phone

I got a question, I called in and talked to loan officers and they mentioned if my wife had opened any CC or loans in the past 30 days she wouldn't be able to get any other products. This was recent the info I got, I talked to them earlier this week about that.

What was the dates for each product and for the 3rd card was it an instant or one of those having to send in paystubs to have it opened. Last time I read someone getting a 3rd card I think was 2015/2016 before they starting changing rules with using a portion of a CL to open another CC.

Wow 2012 yeah, I doubt you have any issues getting an increase if you attempt now. I will say that dialing up NFCU while attempting is super important, when I have attempted I almost have those people on hold waiting for me to put in the CLI just to tell them ok cancel it. I don't play around with that I racked up 16 HP with NFCU doing the same stuff alot of new people are doing and those HP was all within a 2 year frame.

Good information here on NFCU but playing follow the leader with people in here on NFCU one will end up with a crappy amount of INQ if your not careful.

There's always a chance a CLI request for a NFCU credit card will result in a HP - that's a given.

Many people on here have found that right after an AR (or closely thereafter) there's a greater chance of getting a CLI with no HP; it's still not guaranteed, but anecdotally the chances are better.

Do what you want, but with the AR merely days away if it were me I would wait it out.

I think I'll do that too just to increase my chances of avoiding a HP
