How long ago did you get your 2nd card?
I got approved for my second card on 7/5/18

I would give it at least 6 months. Maybe wait for Jan 2019 AR. But if you dont want to wait til then maybe Dec. A couple months more wont hurt because if you ask too soon you would just be throwing away a possible hp. Just my 2 cents
Do I have to wait to ask for a CLI on the CLOC also?

I got 1st NFCU card (1k) and 1 month later got the CLOC(2k). At 3/92 I got my second card (15k) and a CLI on the 1st card (3k). When can I ask for a CLI on the CLOC, second card? When can I app for the 3rd card?
You want to wait at least 91/3 for another card app as if you do in most cases you will get the denial letter stating insufficent history. CLI's can be attempted after 91/3, but most ppl are not getting them till 6 months now. YMMV and expect an HP just in case. The CLOC CLI will be an HP but i would say you can ask once its over 91/3.
So...spoke with CSR at NFCU today regarding my SSL and a product change on my PL M/C....he said they have recently just started to report to Innovis Credit Reporting Agency. He said they are also utilizing this report for their internal scoring/internal review limits. Anybody hear about this? I may be late in the game, but nver even heard of this CRA.
Innovis is a credit reporting agency, but they only provide data. They do not calculate scores.

Quick question, for those that have the cloc, do you use it? Or would something like 2k be sufficient. I've never tried for this as I am not sure to it's full purpose/ potential. It seems getting the full 15k would cut into your exposure with Navy but perhaps I'm mistaken. Thanks, Captain AJ
I'm with you... the only reason I would have it would be for overdraft protection (which is invaluable when needed), and for me $15k would be overkill.
Since I don't have a checking account with them (which is required for the CLOC anyway, of course) it's a moot point for me, but if I did have a checking with them (and actually use it) I would probably try to get CLOC, at least a small one.
As for using the CLOC as a source of funds (like a loan) there are usually better options. Heck, even my credit cards with NFCU have a better rate.
Just my 2¢.

Yikes, time to freeze Innovis. Who knows what they store on us lol
Unfortunately if keeping the info from NFCU is your concern freezing isn't likely to help, since you're already a customer.
Also, be aware that freezing the smaller bureaus can have unintended consequences... when people have weird problems with ID verification it's often (but not always) due to one of the smaller bureaus being frozen.
