Ok, I am calm but I just received my flagship denial letter and it is WEIRD.
Perhaps I and others can learn from this...

In a nutshell... They want some history with you on a lower limit card first. I'd say the high unsecure amount you have spooked them a little, but with 6 month of good history and payments over the minimum, you'll be prime for Navy luv.

@AverageJoesCredit It's over there next to my Chase card... lol

The ironic part is our mortgage is through a credit union. LOL.
I also find 333 a lot closer to 450 than 100,
I wonder what the required score is? 350? 375?

That's irony for you. No idea what the internal score threshold is, but i highly doubt that is the issue in this case.

I don't know what to say about that - I agree it makes no sense. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I would be tempted to drop them a SM asking them to reconsider (either the Flagship or your CR credit line)... that has been know to work at times.

Compared to mine your internal score looks decent enough. I think mine was 328 or 338 when they gave me another 18K in CLI at month 7. That put my total revolving w/them at 60+ K.
Hang tough. The shell is clamped shut now but the oyster will soon enough relax and you shall have the pearl.

Thanks! I sent a letter asking for a review. No dice. Very frustrating, but I will give them 90 days + 90 days and see what happens.

at 96/3 I requested a cli on my nfcu platinum to 25k. I received received a 10k increase (6800 to 16800) and a secure message for recon did not change their mind about increasing to 25k. I was going to apply for a second card or CLOC, but decided to wait for the explanation letter.
received the letter today with the reason stating "you've reached Navy Federal's maximum unsecured limit." they pulled 780 from EQ.
I'm confused in that does this mean the maximum unsecured limit mean for that card or with nfcu overall? meaning if I apply for a second card or CLOC I will be denied?
