Congrats on the CLI!

The max internal limit appears to be temporary. Others have posted that within 3-6 months of recieving that denial teason, they were able to be spproved for a new card or cli again. Seems your internal limit increases with time. I'd wait 3 months to app for cloc / new card.

This is what happened to me. In January applied for the Platinum and was told at my max limit. Then last week approved for another card and a CLOC lol.

Ok so this is interesting, my co-worker joined Navy yesterday, called in and spoke to a csr to the open account. Last night he received a text he has been approved for the CR credit card. He was very confused and looked in his account and the CC was there.

He didn't apply for it and there was not a second HP so I am guessing they used the same one from membership. I have not seen that documented on here where they just give you a CC without applying so unless I missed that so thought that was an interesting DP.

I would have friend check that out. No Wells Fargo allowed in credit! As cool as that would be, that would be scary practice.

Well he most certainly did not ask for the credit card unless the CSR misunderstood something he said. I will have him double check his report for additional HP's too in the next few days. Like I said I hadn't seen anything about that on here so was surprised when he told me that.

My understanding is a person needs to sign off on getting a credit card. Fill in information,income, etc, consent to have a credit report pulled even if its a sp. This will be interesting. Please keep us informed of any new info

@Shooting-For-800 needs to see that approval. All is possible in time with Navy. @Anonymous, please add backstory if it isnt already here so they can see a $500 limit can bloq up in 6 months lol

Question. Still waiting on denial letter for my 6 month decline, but curious if I now I have to wait another 6 months for a request?
