My understanding is a person needs to sign off on getting a credit card. Fill in information, income, etc, consent to have a credit report pulled even if its a sp. This will be interesting. Please keep us informed of any new info

Yes that is what I thought too.  When he gets back on Monday I will dig a little deeper but he texted me the screen shot of the card in his account already and was seriously baffled how he got it.  I am wondering if he asked about getting the card and they took it as him wanting it.

I will keep you updated though.

Under my offers I have one for the AMEX with a 3000pt SUB if spend 3k in first 90 days. Is that like a preapproval? My scores as are 710-725 and about to jump as last collection coming off anytime from PRA. I AZEO and only other baddie is a 5 year old non reporting CO. I have a Cash Rewards that I requested a CLI to 6K 3months ago but should of asked for more.

Its rare to see those in your offers. Im not sure preapprovals exist with Navy but if its a card worth it to you, you can always apply and see what happens.

NFCU Uses What Fico Version for Card CLI?

Hello Myfico Friends. I'm alittle confused here. I see that NFCU gives us an EQ Fico 9 score but which verson of EQ FICO is actually evaluated by Navy for a credit card CLI? Please advise based on your experience. Thanks.

Re: NFCU Uses What Fico Version for Card CLI?

Thank for the reply crys12065. Is this score the EQ Bankcard Fico 9 version? The reason I asked the original quaestion is because I've seen a post where one of our members indicated that NFCU may be using some older fico version like EQ Fico score 5. Thank again for your reply.

For me thay have always used EQ Fico 9, not sure if it's the bankcard version or not though, there are 2 Fico 9's and mine are a few points apart.   I haven't heard of them using Fico 5 but that's not to say it hasn't happened.

They tell me the use their own internal score from 100-450.
