I just want to point out 2 things:

The $15K Plat approval will definitely lower your UT, so it doesnt matter which product increases your credit limits. 

I suggest having a mindset that PIF is the “best” way to lower UT, not getting more credit. 

On another note, you have an awesome array of NFCU products and CLs. This is nothing to sneeze at. So, what is the UT on each of your NFCU products and your aggregate UT? Herein might lie the cause for NFCU’s internal maximum reasoning.

This sounds like a case of the algorithm being looser than the human then. It happens. I would just continue to build history with them and see where you are in 90 days.

Started my NF acct 91 days ago exp 620 tu 636 Originally opened savings and applied for GO rewards. App SL $500.

Hit my 91 today and asked for CLI exp 687 tu 690 Fico 710: app SL $1500
Then applied for Flagship: app SL $15,000!!!!

Couldn’t be more thrilled with NFCU and all the help this thread has provided!
