Hi Matt

What is your max with NFCU (including any CLOC or other NFCU unsecured loans)? When did you get your NFCU AmX? How is your DTI?

My total amount of Credit is $11,600 with them. I only have the one card with them. I got the card in September, and my DTI right now is about 20%.

Hey Guys,

I was just reading through the thread last night, and I thought I would throw my hat in the ring to try and get a SP CLI. 

The only NFCU credit card I have is the GoRewards card (I have other NFCU products though) and the limit was 20K.

I requested to go from 20K to 25K earlier this morning, and even though I got the review message, my account was updated within minutes to the requested 25K (In retrospect, I should have requested more, but no cpomplaints here!) and so far there has been no HP anywhere.

Just thought I would share my results. Looks like the NFCU CLI SP legend is real!

Tommorow is my 91/3 on my Flagship Card
its at 20,000 currently i am kinda confused on the Amount i should ask for on a CLI im thinking 25,000 🙄 i hope it will be a Sp My Cash Reward is past 6months now so im thinking about apping for my 3rd Nfcu Card but im kinda hesitant because i just got approved for a Cloc (500) on the 18th. If i do get a 3rd card it will be my last new account for atleast 2yrs..i seriously need to let all my accounts get some age

Took a leap and had my wife request a CLI on cash rewards at 25k

Asked for 25k to 50k. Figured why not, I got POI and I wanted to jump on bandwagon while we're still getting SPs.

Got a 7 to 10 day mssg saying they need to further review.

No HP showed up yet however, so that's cool.

If it's a real manual review and not an instant denial with letter in mail on it's way, I might see a HP show up later

I've been biding my time with NFCU for some CLI magic or just grab the 2nd card.  I went for the new card knowing it would probably be bigger than my 15K Platinum from 08/15/2019. Bam, 25K Flagship.  They served me well but saying goodbye to my Merrick, Cap 1 QS and CNFA Firestone cards as soon as this reports.  Current TU credit score 750. Went to review for about 3 hours before approved.
