I believe the phone pre-quals are way more solid than the online tool  .. per DP's.

I just put in for a CLI after only one statement on my platinum card. I wish I saw this thread before putting in for it..sigh.  I got the 24 hour message. Has anyone gotten a CLI after one statement?

Nope you gotta wait 91 days and 3 statements. On a rare occasion I have seen a higher limit recon  on initial approval but that's very rare and done when you open account . No harm just gotta wait your time 

I suggest you comb through this thread lots of pertinent info .

I can say Im Above Aversge Joe over the phone but unless you can physically see my name is Above Average Joe, its just  me telling you what you want to hear.

I've never been able to see the prequalify link on the website. 

I've tried many, many times and... nothing!! 😪

It pre-qualified me for all cards ..and I have 3

Just got my Navy Fed membership approved today. Went online and did the prequal, without signing in as recommended here. Once I hit the prequal link it asked me to sign in and autofilled my info. It pre approved me for all of their cards. Just to be sure, I called in to speak to a csr. She said that she could see that I had just done an online prequal, but wasn't able to see the results on her end. I asked her could she do one over the phone. She did and came back and told me that I qualified for all of their cards, but approval wasn't guaranteed. I asked her was the phone pre qual more solid than the online one and she said no. They both use the same method to prequalify you. I didn't pull the trigger on any cards as I am still in the rebuilding stage and in the garden until next year. My last card I got was just a month ago and I don't want to risk it just for a denial.
