They're still sp's just do it online or within the app.

I did a CLI for my nrewards card at the end of August over the phone. They said it would lead to an HP but it never did.

my credit is like 680 across the board have some utilization on a few cards like 35% across all account...is it possible that they could now look at my credit harder rather than being approved instantly by the computer and take the approval back for the platinum?
sorry probably a dumb question just was surprised to get approved for such a big amount it will now be my biggest card...
then maybe i just got cocky and went for the increase on the cash rewards
It's normal. You'll get updated in a day or two. You can see if you were approved by looking at the available credit on your CR. That's usually the first thing to update if approved. My last one took 2 days before it showed. Was notified I was approved the day after that.
Congrats on the new Platinum and the nice SL! You experienced that success because you have shown Navy that you know how to handle the first card and you got the nice SL as a result. IMHO they aren't going to reverse the Platinum decision and you may get the 3X CLI bump on the first card.
Relax and let them do their thing as they are super busy right now. Just watch your available credit on the CR card and see if there is a bump in the next few days. You have worked hard for this type of win so enjoy the ride and let us know when you have an update on the CLI request!!
