something about the credit dept being closed so your more likely to get higher limits and more likely to be approved!
and my cash rewards is at 69% ultilization.Ill wait until I've been a member of NFCU for a full year in July and try again for the CLI
Computer Algorithms don't sleep, applying late at night hack is false information. Congratulations though.
I honestly suspected as much, but wanted to try anyway. Thank you!
Did you apply on 1am est, mst, or est zones? Just curious!

@Anonymous - just keep in mind that the so-called 'hack' has been disproven on Reddit and other sources. A variety of folks have reported being denied even when NFCU is "asleep".
Just apply like anything else.

Well I waited till the update went from 746-740 but still got the 4k COVID increase.

Wow, it should have lower your utilization and increased your score I thought.
I lost a 20yr old account so that's why my score dropped.
Same thing happened on EX and TU.
My EX03 tumbled by 20 points.
Man losing old closed accounts really hurts.
Well my secured card generated its 8th full statement, and still hasn't graduated. 😕
On the plus side, I requested the 4k COVID increase on my MR Amex, and was approved, but only for $1k. So my CL went from $1k -> $2k. Small win, but I'll take it!
A win is a win. And now you know you'll have bigger wins in the future bro!

Congrats on the CLI!
My Cash Rewards started at 500. At 91/3 it went to 1500 and 6 months later to 4K. It seems once limits reach 1.5K-2K then the larger increases start to show. I've noticed that with some other members as well.
Maybe a silly question here, but how does everyone gauge how much of a CLI to request when requesting? Will they always counter, so shoot for the sky or keep it within what you personally think is achievable?
