Included in Chapter 7 back in May 2017.

For some people, it might happen after 2-3 years, but most need longer than that.
Yes they were.
I used the prequalify option on their site which told me I was pre-approved. I then applied and I was formally approved. I felt pretty confident based on the prequalificaiton that I could take the chance, although I knew it wasn't 100% a possibility.
I've used other sites preqality option and received a message that they couldn't match me with a preqialified offer. I didn't formally apply as I don't want the hard inquiry on my report.
Discovers own prequalify is very accurate (nothings a hundred percent) ... even more so if you subscribe to Discovers Credit Scorecard..... (which will give you a free fico score once a month from a bureau DIFFERENT than included in discover's own card)... They are forgiving.. and 2 years more or less is about right... All the websites and such are almost entirely marketing... no substance...
