Re: Nervous for my app spree.

I just have such short credit history, didn't think they would even approve membership.

Just pulled my reports.

EQ 752 - 0 inq

TU 748  - 1 inq

EX 737 - 2 inq

Oldest Account - 2 yrs

AAoA - 1yr

Util- 10%

3 new cards I got 11.30.14

I was going to app PenFed first because I think that is the biggest long shot. Citi Double Cash. And then NFCU because I don't really see that being a huge problem. I'm pretty nervous. I was going to wait till 11.30.15 But I actually have some unexpected medical bills in the pike, so either I wait and have higher utility or go now before my year mark. If I'm not mistaken all of these will pull my EQ report?

What do you guys think. Is Penfed too much of a long shot?

Did you apply yet?

Re: Nervous for my app spree.

Kitten don't leave us hanging. It makes no sense to not apply for at least one card u already took the pull the trigger on a card u want! Unless U really don't want a cc, then I understand.

Re: Nervous for my app spree.

I'm still deciding. I'm thinking a Promise card, simple solid no frills card. I was more interested in a PLOC actually, but everything from what I can see new members don't get approved for those?

So ya, I'm taking my spree slow....

Should I attempt a PLOC first?

Re: Nervous for my app spree.

i say no because PLOC's are harder to get but i say yes because if you get denied, fine. then try for the credit card and see what happens, they use the same pull.
