New to Amex - CLI question

New to Amex and wanted to know where do I request CLIs?

So tried pulling a CLI a fews days into getting my Hilton Aspire card and it was a no go. Was worth a shot and now I'll will be counting down those 61 days...

With the no go, your 61 just became 91

It doesn't reset if you request too early (i.e. you accidentally ask at 89 days instead of 91 days), but if the appropriate time has elapsed and you request and get denied, yes the clock starts over.
