They always go under review - means nothing. Just check your account every few hours (it's rare to receive any sort of notification) - If granted, you'll see the change in your available credit first and the limit will update when the system does its nightly update.

About a week ago I applied for a CLI through the NFCU app. The request was for 5k on my Cash Rewards card. I received an instant approval! I was surprised to say the least because I've never had that experience before. It had probably been a year since my last request on that card.
Feeling emboldened I requested another 5k cli this time on my Flagship Card. That was yesterday. Unfortunately I received the 24h notice. No limit change this morning so I'm expecting a denial.
I'm not sure how common it is but it is possible to receive an instant approval. As always NFCU is hard to predict. BTW
my credit reports were frozen for both requests.
