Hey, you win some, you lose some. All you can do is try again later ![]()
TD is already servicing it. I saw the update on my credit report.
I was asking to upgrade to Visa but I need to be at $5000 then I could upgrade but the nice rep told me that they would need to do a hard pull and I declined.
She said that it depends if they have a fresh pull and it happes every 3 months, so she stated if you try again within 30 days you may not need to do a HP
I requested my cli online through sm yesterday and it was approved today. I made sure to say that I didn't want a hp. They responded back saying in order to proceed I would need to send my request again and include my annual income with my request. Maybe try again via the sm route.
They have scrutinized annual spend in relation to clis for about the last three years. I've been stuck at 12K for the last two years and when speaking to underwriters they've always declined me based on my spend not my scores or income.
I'd like to know what they consider appropriate spending?? Max out your card, 50% of your CL? Wow Nordstroms. Ive had a debit card with them for years and I think that is all I want considering their position on CLI 🤔🤔
I would try writing a letter directly to the execs at Nordstrom copying their card services dept. I did that last Friday and went directly to a Nordstrom Visa.

Interesting. Seems like a lot of effort for a CLI on the account but i suppose if it works then thats an avenue worth trying out.
