I figured what the heck , nothing to lose and i just emailed them too .  Worst is that its still no , right ? :-)

Can anyone tell who is the person to contact? I was denied about a month ago so I'm thinking to give it a try for recon, why not?

No, called just recently and this is the second app.  They said they're sending a letter with what they want me to verify.   I used the number on their site and was directed to the credit dept.

I shall :-)  Crossing my fingers but not getting my hopes up lol .   I was denied by Macys too fyi !  Apparently only Barclays has love for me with my dozen inquires !? go figure !  I will now officially enter the garden cuz really i MUST .  Its gonna take 2 years to get rid of all these inquiries , a few in a year .   I had no self control

No, called just recently and this is the second app.  They said they're sending a letter with what they want me to verify.   I used the number on their site and was directed to the credit dept.

What was your initial denial reason?

No denial yet.  Just want more info.  I was app'ing for the Visa.  Waiting on their letter.  I think they want a copy of Dr's license and a utility bill?  I find that strange since my CR shows my mtg payments.
