Nordstrom does not like inquiries. Even 1-2 inquiries can sometimes cause a denial.

We are trying to figure out recon process here, sorry part of the old forum is missing, but basically main q is whether they approve after recon... Thanks for your contribution though

I am in the garden just following up a couple old app's I was just going to forget until 2017.  Mine as well give it a shot since they did hp.  You're probably right.  I must plant myself in the garden for 2 yrs.

You know, I seriously doubt this as I got an instant approval with 20+ inquiries. This is another ymmv situation, dependent on your profile. I've read they are pretty good on recon though so good luck OP!

I tried to recon with a clean EX report except inquiry heavy. The offered me a debit card boo

I've heard that.

I got a $2500 store card in December... no new accounts or INQs in a year.

Got an auto CLI a few weeks ago to $4500.

Should get the VISA conversion next... rep told me to give it a few months.
