I just called again. They said it is still being processed that either I will receive the card or a denial letter in 7-10 days. Maybe that's there way of denying people.
Were you finally able to get an answer from them regarding your denial?

No decision
However, I've checked both Ex & Eq, no SPs or HPs???

Received my denial letter. Frozen Experian. Hahaha!! Oh well. I won't re-apply. It was an impulse app anyways and not strategic.
mines was too! ![]()
BBVA what a joke. I was denied earlier in April because they couldn't verify my identity even though they pulled EX. I figure it was IDS and the other one. Last week after chilling my EX I decided to reapply. Well I get my denial letter and this time it says denied for too many BBVA applications. That's too funny considering when my first application was denied the csr said that I would have to contact the credit bureau and reapply. Good thing for ice because I should have known that would have been another wasted HP. Not today though. So consider wisely before submitting another BBVA application after a denial. That was only my second BBVA application.

Sorry that happened to you, have you considered the CFPB route just like B335is took?

Hmmmm, but in this case he wasn't even approved. Not sure if BBVA locks the 1st application it it doesn pass the ID verification conditions? Now, B335is was approved though, they just suspended the account (for nonsense reasons). I suppose 12njoy can go the CFPB route but not sure what relief it would offer (other than maybe remove the 1st HP?)

There's a 30 day time limit in which she can reapply for the card. If she tries reapplying anytime before that, she'll get denied automatically for that reason.
I'd also suggest that 12njoy go with the CFPB option.
