Also they have three orgs they are partnered with (the usual donation makes you eligible)

Other product of interest is their autowithdrawal forced savings account with 3% apr... CU Thrive acct....
Dont expect sky high CLs, .. Seen 10K cards however.. .. They dont offer siggys or wemcs... Its pretty much one card.. with or without rewards which rewards are mediocre
@Anonymous wrote:Yeppers, Unify REALLY does not like entreupeuners. POI is required for all lines of credit of any kind regardless of your employent status.
For business owners you MUST be in business (and be able to proof it) for TWO years, show TWO years of tax returns, name your first or next born after them and be willingly to undergo a prostate exam along with blood work to get aproved.
CreditLuv, I feel your pain. I'm also self employed and it's been my experience that it's next to impossible to get a loan for a car, house or at that rate, a bicycle without like you said, undergoing a prostate exam!
It's quite frustrating!
Actually, it's not too hard if you have good to great credit. Plus, you know what lenders to apply with and where not to go and exactly when to do it.
Credit knowledge = potential credit POWER!
I've never (knock on wood) had to show any bank or credit union my tax returns (nor would I ever) for a vehicle loan, PLOC, or credit card in my entire life. That will be put to the test over the next 8 weeks when I apply for a $15K Navy PLOC, PenFed CC, second Navy CC (Flagship), Alliant $500 Shared Savings Loan (credit trick), CLI with hard pulls for RBFCU PLOC and CC and ATFCU PLOC.

Thanks galahad15 for mentioning this CU in another thread. Nice to see a fixed low rate card with rewards! All credits cards max limit of $50k. PLOC max of $50k as well!!!
Yes! Thank you for posting this. It has piqued my interest. I'm wondering if PACU is sensitive to those of us with a large amount of available credit.

Welcome to the Forums. And congratulations, Chris. I've been fortunate to have a great relationship with NASA. $30K CC and $20K LOC.
You may want to consider asking them for a LOC as well. They can use the same HP from your loan app. Max unsecured exposure with them is $50K so you may be able to get $35K on the LOC. My APR is 8.5 fixed. Your EX02 score is just above mine from when I app'ed. If approved I bet your APR could be the same.

Very glad to assist, also thank you for your interest! To try to answer the highlighted question above, just for example, I currently have somewhere between $115k - $130k in available credit (depending on when my latest CLIs report in a few days), and they didn't seem to mind so much. When I first apped for the card my total CL was prolly somewhere around $100k.
Had a "funny" experience with Alliant. I'd gotten all my stuff setup with them, had my online access, transferred my money, etc. So today, I get two letters in the mail from them:
1) Dated 10/26 with my welcome packet, member #, etc.
2) Dated 10/25 saying they wouldn't open accounts based on information on file with ChexSystems. I know I have no negatives, and the letter listed the following:
EMPHASIS (YELLING) IS THEIRS Their probably are a lot of INQs on Chex since a bank that shall not be named did like 5 INQs to open an account for me :\
The accounts are still open, so I'm not entirely sure what their glitch is LOL.

UNIFY: I applied for membership at the first of Oct, and the approval page says approved for checking and savings, I'll get an update when my membership number is ready. It took them until 10/17 to pull the $50 I opened with from other bank. And I STILL don't have any account info. I called CS yesterday and she said she can't find anything under my SSN. Ugh. Closest branch is about 45min, so I don't wanna go that route, but I may have to From what I've gathered so far, I should fit their credit granting profile fairly well. Scores in the mid-600 and low utilization and low total available credit, high income.

Good luck on getting your membership straightened out and a cc approval!

Wow that is weird. But, since your welcome packet was dated after the Chexsystems letter and your accounts are still open, it's obvious it's a glitch! I've never heard of that before.
