thats not necessarily true. I was instantly approved for a 9K Promise card, With I think around 20 inquires and definitely more than 10 new accounts in or around 6 months. Also a week later was approved for PCR. Oh, and a 1k personal loan.
So I think it all just depends. On what I don't know.

When I was approved for my Power Cash Rewards ($3K) at the beginning of July, I'd obtained two other cards within the past month and six cards overall since the previous November, as well as a $10k used car loan from them in February.
I was denied with +30s -- +40. inquires on each report and +16 new accounts opened this year. I reconed, called, sent emails several times and ..no love.![]()
yea penfed has been 'selling' there story that they are catching up with demand by hiring more staff blah blah blah.....
its almost 2018 and they dont seem to be getting a handle on the situation...
AM I THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING???
