Had a crappy experience with Penfed , there is no phone number can somebody please give me a phone number to call please thanks.
Sorry for your experience What type of experience was it? If it was related to a CC or something like that, Id wait a few days until you get the PF survey by email, and fill it out. You will have someone call you, and you can talk to them.

Where does that # go to? I've always called the "main" number 800-247-5626, get a rep & explain what I want, and get transferred if necessary.

Thats a number fo their office in Omaha Nebraska. PenFed has quite a few regional offices but as you indicate calling the main number is usually the best route so that they can direct the call as needed.

Ah, that's good to know. For my Home Equity LOC I was always transferred to Omaha, after a while they gave me the extension # to get straight to the Omaha Home Equity Dept, x6400, from any of their toll free numbers.
Anyone have a direct # to their Oregon office? I seem to get the shortest wait time to get to a rep calling late afternoon Mountain/Pacific time, when Oregon answers.

All I have is a direct number to the Tenn office for a woman there that offered her assistance with a pending car loan. She was great though it looks likw I'll end up leasing instead of financing thru them.
