PNC Points - CLI denial

Got denied for my request.  

• Current amount of unsecured credit available with us. 

Less than $200 of spend on it since January.  My ego is ok .

At least it only costs a soft pull.   I got the same reason when I took a stab at a CLI several months ago.

I got the same reason 4 days ago when I requested CLI after enough spending, while most get approved despite of no usage/spending for even a year or so....strange...
