I'm asking this question on behalf of my cousin so I'm sorry if I don't know all the details. My cousin is interested in the PP 2% MC, he had a BK7 discharge in August 2018 and Sync was IIB. Since then he has gotten some cards to help build his credit back up and even obtained PayPal credit. Scores on all 3 bureaus range around 660-680. What do you guys think his odds are?
