Re: PenFed Love button

It's normally been on the credit card application screen.  (A CLI button on cards you already have instead of an Apply button.)

But navigating to "Products and Rates" and clicking "Choose Your Product" now only has a Learn More popup that brings up the credit card list and doesn't recognize that you are logged in.  It used to be counter-intuitive, now it's actually completely gone.

Re: PenFed Love button

As @K-in-Boston mentioned the option used to be under Products and Rates and was to the right of a card you already had.  It is gone from there for me a well.  It takes me to another page that doesn't even recognized that I'm logged in.  Digging a little into it I checked under "More account info and actions" and that's where I found the option to request a CLI.

Interesting enough though that it only shows as an option on one of my cards (Platinum Rewards) but the other card doesn't have that option.  Don't know why it's there for one card but not the other.  But here is where I just found it for my one card.

Re: PenFed Love button

@M_Smart007 That's where I found it but as I mentioned it only shows for one of my cards.  My other card, that has been opened for quite some time, still doesn't show it.  Do you by chance have multiple cards with them?  If so, do you have the option for each?

@CreditCuriosity I just happened to click on "Make a Payment" and noticed that it does indeed look completely different than the way it did just a couple of weeks ago.  PenFed making some changes...hopefully they don't stop and will start working with Zelle.
