Are CLI's on PenFed cards always a HP? I have the link available on my account, but don't want to pull that trigger if it's going to be a HP.

I think I'm one of the "lucky" ones...my relationship with Penfed started in 2017 with just a regular savings account (only deposit $250 a month into it) and the PCR with a $5K starting limit. My limit is now $50K with all SP offers. My scores have always been "excellent" and the income I use for credit cards companies is $135K, just for data points.
I've been a member since 2016 when I started with just a savings account. I got an auto loan with them in 2017, which was paid off in 2018. I got the Gold and PowerCash, both at $8,000 SL, then closed the Gold and combined it with the PowerCash. I've had this card for just about 1 year and have never received any SP offers. The income I use for credit cards is around $160K and my scores with PenFed are in the excellent range as well. Hopefully I'll get some SP offers in the near future!
