Penfed CLI App Glitch

For the past few days, the credit line increase application link on penfed's website hasn't been working. Once you click Request Credit Line Increase, it takes you to the next page to confirm/edit contact information but then you're not able to move past that screen. IT ticket has been submitted but still no resolution. Agents are not able to process a CLI request over the phone either. Apparently all members are experiencing the same issue but I find that hard to believe. Can y'all check your Penfed credit card and see if you run into the same issue? Please report your finding if possible. Thanks

I've never seen a credit limit increase button on my accounts. I had to call in months ago. My accounts are too new to request cli so I can't help there but I do know anytime I've ever applied for a cc or loan from Penfed, I never get to see the results after submitting. Always get an error screen . Hope you can get some resolution to this soon.
