its not really a credit card topic but it can be down the roads with access america checking account setup you can have pathfinder card with no AF , but I am just wondering if its HP or SP for opening access america checking account ? obviously for pathfinder it would be HP but does anyone on this site thinks penfed will approve me with this info see below , right from myFICO subscription or let it aged a bit more ? Thanks for any info in advance.

here my current lineup CFU , CSR , Discover , a couple of BOA and a couple of citi cards close to 50k CL combined on all those cards, using around 3% of 50K CL had like 6 or 7 30 and 60's lates almost 4 years ago. FICO8 EQ 728 score. clean otherwise that bad part for 3.6 years.

You don't need an Access America account, you could also use the Free Checking account. The key is that you need to either maintain a $500 minimum balance, or make $500 per month in direct deposits.
If you're talking about applying for membership with PenFed, I don't know if there's presently a HP for membership. But the latest thread I've seen, from last year, confirms no HP :
