Ughx3 you can send a sm as well. Usually after a denial theyll send you a survey where you can rate your experience. You can also use that to voice your objections. They may even csll you to discuss your survey.

I'm pretty sure I was the first to post about the survey, but if they send you one, fill it out and tell them what you were hoping to have approved. I just told my story not expecting to get the PLOC and then boom! 10k PLOC. They called me after the survey and we talked about fifteen minutes. I made a friend. No kidding. I have her number.
