I don't have this card, as you can get the plenty card in a non-CC format.
Amex always pulls EX, and if you're borderline, possibly EQ, then TU, or a finality of all three.

I think that too, neways, thanks for your info
As was mentioned previously, you can get a Plenti account without getting the CC. Amex has a lot of better products available, just my opinion but something to take a look at before you app. Good Luck!
just get the plenty card, which is free. at its official website.
ya my understanding is the rewards for it being an amex are not worth it. get the reward card and a different amex.

Did anyone get approved this card recently? I wanna give a try on it and i"d like to know which CRA they pulled you? thanks
DH recently approved...just checked TU and EQ there's no inq there so it must have hit his EX but that may not be the same for you we're in MO.....In fact checked to be sure they did pull EX and he was at a 711 when it was pulled....approved for $3.5k....What I can't figure out and don't want to try lol is if I use my free plenti regular card and pay with the Plenti Amex (I'm AU) will both accounts get the points.
I don't have the AMEX but I have been finding more and more value out of the rewards card itself. This last month they've had "watch 10 episodes of X type of show" things for Hulu, which has been nice. When I need to gas up next I guess I'll hit an Exxon/Mobil and get it for cheap, hahaha.
I used to be pretty meh about the program but if they keep giving bonus points just for watching this or that on Hulu (I was already a subscriber before I signed up so I wasn't eligible for the signup bonuses) it makes it pretty decent for free gas. I suppose we'll see what happens more in the long term with something like that, particularly for those of us who either don't use everything they offer (like AT&T or Nationwide) or don't have local stores for the bigger point offerings (like Rite Aid). ((full disclosure: I DID end up switching car insurance to Nationwide because they offered me a lower rate than I had before, and I only checked because Plenti gave me essentially $5 to use at one of their partners to get a quote, so I guess marketing works?))
The credit card, though, I see less value in because of how restricted the rewards program is. I see more value in straight cash back or a points system that has a larger variety of redemptions, myself. But the loyalty card isn't terrible if you use the products/services offered or have the stores locally.

The actual credit card becomes more useful and you gain more points when you pair it at places that are plenti partners and use the marketplace portal. You get the points 1% on everyday purchases plus the point offer for the regular plenti card. Like I really use the Exxon/Mobil part alot. With that I usually fill up my Yukon from empty for about $7 final total. I used the martketplace portal to shop best buy for christmas and got those points. Plus I noticed they are also one the shopping portals that still give points for shopping on the Apple website. It's a good opportunity for double dipping.
