Positive Denial Results Citi

So yes Citi core cards were included in my Ch7 2 years ago. This was the last app tried after some good approvals lately. Thought i might just squeeze this one in but underwriting cited this: No mention of IIB or unsatisfactory as i seen some received.

So how long is best to wait before trying again. 6 months? 90 days? I don't want to discourage the chances but hold off while my new accounts accrue history enough to perhaps become qualified next time.

Re: Positive Denial Results Citi

I'd lean toward at least a 6 month cadence at least for the near/mid term as Citi's reputation is to deny (unsecured) core cards if they were IIB as long as the BK was still reporting.  Their reputation is also to be somewhat more forgiving if applying for a card issued through Citi Retail Services.

Will do @coldfusion and thanks for the reply and good advice to refrain that long on this one at the least.
