@alessandrom - was that the reason for the denial? Or, if you haven't received the letter, update your thread to confirm the reasons once you receive it.
@FinStar Will post reasons stated in letter once I receive it in the mail in the new couple of days.

Hi @alessandrom Did your hear from FNBO. What is the reason they gave for denial?
@Red1Blue Hey, yes sorry forgot to update thread. They listed to many inquiries and accounts opened within the last 12 months. Not surprised.

Hi @alessandrom I am sorry to hear that. How many inq's and new accounts you had at the time of the application. What CRA did they pull? When I applied for Ducks Unlimited I got my application declined with the same message "too many inqs". I am curious to see what they consider as an execessive inqs and new accounts. In my case 4 Inqs are from FNBO and 4 are from US Bank which is very hard inq hungry. I did get personal Mastercard and Biz Visa from FNBO and I am very happy. Trying to figure out how long I should wait before I ask for Biz Mastercard or Personal Visa from them. I am thinking 6 months for the new apps. But not sure about the Inqs they would say.
@Red1Blue In my case I already have 1 Evergreen with them. They prequalified me again so I decided to pull the trigger. I had 9 inquiries in the last 12 months and 13 accounts in the last 24 months. When I received the evergreen I had 7 inquires at the time and 10 new accounts in the last 24 months and they didn't even flinch. I guess YMMV with them but I would wait at least 6 months if I was you.
