Welcome to the forums. That can be a tough one to triple your total revolving credit profile overnight, particularly with derogatory information. If those are FICO 08 scores, it appears that EQ may be hit hardest; are the derogs only showing on EQ perhaps?
If you are eligible for Navy Federal Credit Union membership, they can be quite generous with less than stellar credit. No one can really tell you what you might be approved for with any lender. I've received $25,000 starting credit lines and $2500 starting credit lines with lenders that often approve people for much more or much less.
Are there particular types of cards you are looking for? No-frills low-APR and balance transfer, cash rewards, travel rewards, store cards?
Equifax hasnt reported some of my card and does have an additional collection which is most likely why its the lowest.
Preferably cards with 0% intro apr
im going rto be added as authorized user for 3 card to increase my chances
1. cap 1 8 year old 8k limit
2. navy federal $15k 5 yr old
3 amex with $25,800
im hoping its enough to get to 750 with these lines im also disputing the collections. Does this seem even remotely plausible?

Without knowing your entire credit profile, it would be difficult to even guess what changes adding the AU cards would make. If the issue was that you had $8,000 of balances on $10,000 of total credit lines and you were adding nearly $60k of AU lines without balances, then certainly you would see a huge FICO 08 score boost all around. With your TransUnion score, adding older accounts and lowering your utilization may certainly help it above 750.
If you are being added as an AU to a NFCU card, then it's very likely you yourself are eligible for membership. Keep in mind that many lenders will use their own internal scoring and underwriting standards that may discard any AU cards.
You are disputing the collections because they are not valid?

If those are the cards that you will be an AU on. you will have AAoA and new account hit for being added to the Amex card. Amex doesn't report the entire history for Aus but only the time they were added.
Another factor (i think, still realtivy new to the credit scene compared to many here) is weather yoy income can support such large credit limits
