Hey everyone! I've googled this question many times, but I just want to make sure before I apply.
I want to apply for the Amazon Prime Chase Card. But I am not too sure about the 5/24 rule. I only have the Disney card, but I applied for that card many years ago. I want to know, do personal loans and auto loans count towards the 5/24 rule? If they don't, that would put me at 2/24. Next month, it **should** be at 3/24 since I'm still waiting on my Hilton AMEX card to report.
If they do count, it would put me at 6/24.
Personal loans and auto loans do not count.
Only revolving accounts count.

Alright thanks! Also, do you think there will be any problems in the future with Chase after my AMEX reports?
You're welcome, and I don't think there would be a problem with them when your AMEX card reports.
Some people have had luck getting the amazon card while being above 5..24. Best bet is to check if you are pre approved.

No, personal loans and auto loans do not count. Only revolving accounts.

No I don't see why there would be any problem with Chase after your Amex reports.
Chase is eyeing credit card accounts. Installment loans, student loans, they don't factor in. The reason Chase does this is to weed out people who "churn" cards for the bonus and then sock drawer them after they receive the bonus.
Amazon should have a prequalification link where you can check to see if you are prequalified.

PLOC, HELOC, and CLOC count also since they do not report as loans but instead revolving lines of credit.
