When I fill out the prequalification form for a lender (such as Capital One or Citi), it will say: "You're prequalified for the following card(s)." Then underneath, it shows one card, and beneath that it will say: "You may also like (or) We also suggest" and then it shows some additional cards. What I'm not clear on is, are ALL the cards prequalified cards or just the first one? Here is a screen shot to show what I mean:
The three cards below Savor are Quicksilver, Venture, and Savor One. I don't plan to apply for any of these, but I'm trying to gauge what I'm qualifying for these days. I also had this issue with the Citi site yesterday. Showed me Citi R.)ewards+, and then two additional cards underneath (Costco & something else). I actually want to apply for the Citi Costco Visa. (*Edited to Add* - All offers show a solid APR...albeit high, but solid.)
Single APR is what you're looking for.
It looks like your photo is showing a single APR wilst it's about the MAX APR they offer it's still a single APR.
At this point it's a 50/50 shot on an actual approval. When things are more solid the APR will come down to something a bit more palatable.
-- You can't typically / won't typically see a pre-qual for a co-brand. If you get an e-mail inviting you to apply it's marketing.
-- if you want and will use the card then you just have to apply for it and cross your toes. If you're seeing positive vibes from the lender on core products it's a good sign you would qualify for the costco card as well as the UW is less stringent typically.
