If you get the 7-10 message after telling them how much you want can you call back and ask for a lower amount?

You're right.  It's not worth it.  I just want a $25,000 CL for Overstock even though I'm never going to use a dime of it.

Re: Question about caking in CKI request to Comenity

Ron is about the only person I know that has been able to call into EO Comenity and ask for a higher CL and get it or most of it.... The average comenity card holder needs to either use the button online or call into the automated system and when asked "if you want a specific amount" SAY NO!

If it gives you a CLI, you can repeat yourself and try again and once again say no to a specific amount and some of the cards comenity backs will issue multiple approvals in a given time and some each month if you are using them... but each card seems different.
