It depends on which product OP apps for. QS1 will be MasterCard whereas QS would be no AF Visa. Op would have to qualify for at least a 3k minimum SL for the regular QS Visa. That is to say, UW is more strict for QS visa as its considered one of their top tier cards.

I have a 4k QS1(albeit with a SL of $300) and AFAIK it will always be a MC unless something changes on down the road.

It depends on which card he applies for. The QS and the QS1 are two completely different products and can only be obtained through a separate app.

Lol but in all seriousness, my QS Visa (NOT QS1 MC), started at $300...it's only grown to $1.3k. Got it last January.

The $300 minimum starting credit line I mentioned comes from the "How do you determine my credit line?" section on the offer account terms. The paperwork all says Quicksilver not Quicksilver One and each photo of the card in the offer is of a Quicksilver Visa card.

I agree. The only thing that stands out to me is that the CC in the offer only says "Visa" and not "Visa Signature", which would be the card that is $3K minimum SL.

Well no lender can guarantee you'll get a visa sig, as there's no guarantee you'll get a $5k+ SL.

Capital One seems to regularly send out offers that differ from the offerings on the website.  I got an offer for a platinum card that gave 1% cashback on payments.  I don't find it all that surprising that the OP got an offer that is slightly different.
