If you got the "Congratulations" message, go for it! That's what I got and was instantly approved for a QS Visa Signature.
I want to give it a try and really the only way is to pull the trigger and try it.
I currently have excellent standings with them and was just approved back in dec for a $1,700 credit increase.... I'm sitting on my card with a 3K balance, but would transfer this to the QS if I am approved.....
Has anyone have any feedback on opening a 2nd card and getting a larger credit line then your first?
i would go for it!
i only have exprerience with apping for a second card with amex and chase. not cap1
you cant transfer a balance within the same bank to another card.
but i would apply for the new one because it will probably be much higher limit then your current.
I didn't know that.... thanks for the information!
It's to bad, I would like to keep paying it down but the APR isn't to bad just be nice to get something 0%
