I think I may have an important experience to share with you all. I have been having trouble with RBFCU since last July. They stopped reporting information to the CRAs regarding my PLOC and my auto loan, as well as my husband's auto loan and PLOC. He also has a credit card with them, but they were reporting that one. Well, I called about it in December, and they said they were aware of the issue and were working to resolve it. It is now April and the issue has not been resolved. I disputed with the CRAs last month, which got my TU and EX updated, but EQ remains with the outdated info. I just closed my two accounts with them and moved them to DCU, because I have a thin file, and this is seriously hurting my scores at the moment.
Has anyone else had problem with this? I know their CCs are outsourced (not the underwriting, however), so tyhis is why my husband's CC is reporting correctly, but the loans serviced and underwritten by them are the one causing problems. All of this seemed to coincide with their "system update" that occured last year.

I have heard of other members having similar issues but they have been happy with the "glich" as it played in their favor.
