Noticed that i'm getting a piece of mail from PenFed today. Can't tell if it's marketing or a direct offer, since a date is listed.
I received a letter written to me in my name, offering $100 statement credit on $1500 spend in 90 days and 0% on BT's for 12mo.
On the flip side, it just looks like marketing. What do you think? What significance is there to applying on the link www.penfed.org/goldita versus cold applying?

Of noteworthy, PenFed has been known to send pre-approved invitations (not just the invitations to apply) for members and non-members, and those are 50/50 at best, unless profile and the force is strong 👻.

I recieved the same letter today. But I had just applied for the PCR card hours before I recieved the letter. I was approved for the PCR card, so I guess it means they have you in mind.
