As in any recon, call up, give them your name and explain that you applied you applied for the card and were apparently denied and you want to know if there is any additional information that you can provide that might help in getting an approval. Of course you're going to have to go by whatever the denial reasons were and be prepared to explain anything on your credit report that caused the denial. Just follow their lead, be polite but feel confident in your belief that you meet the criteria for the card. Good luck.
