I used to have NASA about 15 years ago.
I didn't realize they were listed as a soft pull to show you what your limit would be so I started an application. It went through the motions and then asked if I wanted to transfer a balance (I havent paid my balances of this month) so I figured l would select my two balances and see if that helps with a higher start limit being offered. Well it didn't show a credit ine offered but did ask for more information, which appeared to be the same information I had just entered. So I put in the info again.
Ugh! This time it hard pulled EX (as my phone dinged with the alert from EX) and said I would be contacted for more information. There was no warning on the hard pull and did state soft pull at the beginning of the app.
I am not happy about the hard pull and I was hoping for some CL to be offered. I think they may give me something, but I am really unhappy I didn't freeze my report before hand.
Don't be so hard on yourself. A single hard pull is no big deal.
