SDFCU Card App Inquiries

Hi All! Not sure if anyone would know but giving it a try. I want to apply for SDFCU for their credit card but I know they are inquiry sensitive. I have 3 inuiries in the past year, all a little over 6 months ago. No new accounts in the last 6 months, though 2 loans opened earlier this year. Do you think this is a problem, how inquiry sensitive are they? Thanks!

I've had at least 8 inquiries over the last 24 months and was approved for their 2% card three months ago. In fact they sent me an email that I was preapproved for a 15K limit. It is not my main bank. I keep a few K in there and use it as one of my international travel banks as they are very open to the use of their cards in remote places.
