SP CLI spree failures

Hit all of my softpull CLI's and was failed by these three:

• Synch Paypal MC
• Synch Paypal Credit
• Cap1 QS

Took a HP for a denial from Home Depot. Stated too many inquiries. They didn't say "way" so I my have a chance in the future.
