SP Credit Limit Increase

If there’s an opportunity to apply for a SP CLI, is there any reason (aka negative) not to go for it?

Example: I recently got a $2,500 CLI a couple of weeks ago, and the soft pull language is still present, so I’m tempted to try again, but I think the odds are slim. Just wondering if it will do more bad than good.

Probably. You can do it sometimes with sync, also.

Re: SP Credit Limit Increase

From what I’ve read it seems you’re only eligible every 6 months, right?

There was a Citi CLI glitch a while back. You might want to research the approvals forum for that before pressing forward. Maximize the opportunity.

It appears that sometimes the SP language can still remain but no CLI opportunity.

You sure you don't want to press the button?

Re: SP Credit Limit Increase

With Citi, you should be fine. It will of course be an auto decline being as you just received one, and that will be the reason. Not 100% sure if this resets the 6 month clock though. I've never seen specific wording to that issue, only that I wasn't eligible at this time per their policy.
